If you look at total aggregate daily trade volume on NGTG, and assume that 100% of that is Cunninghsam selling into market for proceeds (and clearly that is NOT the reality), it would take 3.6 years ...more

Garzi, its a plan of arrangement.  so either vote goes through and Cunninghsam gets 100%,if they pull $210 million out of a hat, or they get nothing!  Its not like a traditional bid.  ...more

Let's hope the courts don't take too long. I only fear that with Cunningham owning 20-40%, it would scare off a major from buying TUD's 60%.

Johny, court approval for plan of arrangment can be obtained in 72 hours or less.  Much different systeem than ltitigation or criminal proceedings. imho, not a chance htat GEM gave, or will ...more
