17th Century Tech in the 21st Century via AI & Mixed Reality

Multinational tech giant Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ: MSFT) flexed its artistic muscle this week, when it helped unveil a new exhibit at Seattle's Museum of History & Industry (MOHAI) - “Mont-Saint-Michel: Digital Perspectives on the Model.”

This exhibit features a unique blend of 17th and 21st century technology, combining Microsoft artificial intelligence (AI) and mixed-reality technology with the recently released HoloLens 2 device.

This interactive exhibition transports visitors into a holographic tour of Mont-Saint-Michel, a medieval monastery found perched atop a remote island off the coast of Normandy, France.

The exhibit runs from this Saturday, November 23rd through to January 26th 2020.
