I don't see that happening with YM. The takeover is at $US 2.95, which is closer to $CD2.90, so I don't see any reason it would ever trade higher than that as a rival offer is not likely

More news coming out as the day progresses - Gilead purchasing YM for 2.95 per share with cash on hand (so no share exchange). Since Gilead is paying with cash and not shares, not sure why the
