The Company operates approximately 200 wholly- and majority-owned manufacturing or assembly facilities, with operations in 31 countries.

Turning around

Daily chart: price has finally risen above the 30 SMA of 11.01 for the first time since end of Febuary-nice. On Balance is making upper trend. MACD getting closing to postive area. and RSI getting close to bullish breakout. Since bottom, the chart has made a higher high and lower high. Should have a good chance of $18 target
