RE:RE:RE:Zombie comes to life

They make private label cosmetics and skin care products in Europe. The AHC insiders didn't take their full amount in cash they took Anjac shares instead and with land appreciation and more

Vi-Jon Inc. Superior Bid?

Vi-Jon is by far the largest and oldest private label manufacturer in the U.S. out of St. Louis, MO. Why not eliminate their competition and be the number one brand under this window of more

RE:RE:Zombie comes to life

Yes, I don't quite know what Anjac does, so your thoughts are helpful. And of course to buy an operating and under-utilized plant makes some sense, but not for the price they paid.  If more

RE:Zombie comes to life

I think Anjac wants to have more business in North America. They do essentially what Apollo does in Europe but with cosmetics as well. It makes sense because they would be buying Apollo's more

RE:RE:Congrats All

You can send me a message, but I doubt if there's anything I can bring to the table.  rate and reply

Zombie comes to life

Given $50M of the value is in cash, (and expected to be $59M in a few days once results are released) it seems Anjac paid $268M for a plant that was built for $80M and some inventory. One has more

RE:RE:RE:Back to normal?

I don't see why it would do anything after the earnings release. Nothing has happened in the slowest quarter of the year for what is to all intents and purposes a soap company. This is more

RE:RE:Back to normal?

that would certainly be excellent news if the stock price made a bottom recently. I would like to see a rise in price with high volume over 3+ days & maybe we see that after the next more

RE:Back to normal?

Could be buybacks boosting the price with this low volume. Whoever wanted out got out. Whoever bought at $1.50 likely will do well.  rate and reply

Back to normal?

Hmmmm, volume's dropped to pretty much nothing, and the spread has become much more normal.  Makes me think that the big house that was selling all its shares is out, now.  couple more

In hibernation since August

If they keep to the schedule, it's just over two weeks to next earnings, provbably November 4th. Unfortunately, there's not much to be learned from them - no word on inventories, losses, more

10% drop today on high volume

anyone know the reason for another large sell off today on no public news? Is it a large investor continuing to unwind their position? Is there an OSC investigation? Are poor results being more
