RE:RE:RE:Zombie comes to life
They make private label cosmetics and skin care products in Europe. The AHC insiders didn't take their full amount in cash they took Anjac shares instead and with land appreciation and supply bottlenecks building a facility like that would cost way more than 80 million now. They would be out building it for 2-3 years then when they are finished they would have no customers here. The way Anjac set this up is they retain the insiders by giving them shares so that they can help them navigate the market. They already have existing contracts so its a matter of taking some products from Europe to sample to all the major North American retailers from their existing management here and proposing to sell it. If they like it they up production at the facility. They can also take AHC's products to the European retailers. There is a whole lot of synergy. Just building a plant from scratch may save them a few million but its much riskier considering they don't have the relationships or management in place. Besides AHC is already profitable and will pay for itself in less than a decade.
