Back 40 Mineral Exploration Leases Set to Expire

Aquila Resources' state leases to the Back Forty mine site will expire on Jan. 22, 2022.

Aquila's existing rights can't be renewed -- the Michigan DNR is processing Aquila's request to continue the leases as a new application.

I'm guessing that the new leases must be in place before the sale of Aquila to GORO is finalized.
