I calculate BIR has traded 11.4 million shares above average volume in the last 4 days so there is probably not much pressure left from the shorts.

Plenty of issues for NA natural gas producers for a while. BIR market cap today C$1.359B - Now paying a 50% reduced dividend (yield now about 7% on lower SP) and delaying D&C CAPEX - low gas ...more

The short position in BIR is huge I would think they maybe seeing the bottom is in or close and not a bad time to become a holder... they have made a ton of cash.

You are right , there is a lot of gas around. Just like there is a lot of land in Canada yet buying a building lot near Toronto or Vancouver is prohibitively expensive. It may not be obvious to all ...more

Is my past prediction of $1.65 ng for a low going to be met?  Maybe or maybe not? Was close the one time.    Lots of wildcards in play.  Canada has at least 200 years of ng. USA ...more
