Is this for real ?Agra Ventures Ltd. (CNSX:AGRA) execution of a definitive agreement to acquire Algoma-Talisman gold prospective property in Ontario from Red Pine Exploration Inc. (TSXV:RPX) for CAD 1.1 million on August 19, 2021. Under the terms, Agra Ventures Ltd will pay CAD 0.55 on closing of the transaction and CAD 0.5 million on or before December 31, 2021. In addition, Newton will grant a net smelter royalty of 1.5% (the ?Royalty?) from mineral production on the Property to Red Pine, which can be repurchased by Newton for CAD 0.5 million. Completion of the Transaction is subject to the satisfaction or waiver of all conditions set out in the Agreement, including the receipt of all regulatory and stock exchange approvals. Closing is expected to occur in the second half of August 2021. Agra Ventures Ltd. (CNSX:AGRA) completed the acquisition of Algoma-Talisman gold prospective property in Ontario from Red Pine Exploration Inc. (TSXV:RPX) on October 28, 2021. Red Pine received the remaining CAD 0.5 million of the cash portion and Newton has granted a net smelter toyalty of 1.5% to Red Pine. Red Pine plans to use the proceeds from the sale of the Property to continue to fund the expanded exploration program at its Wawa Gold Project.
