You know, before doing a crybaby fit on a forum why didn't you check sedar for all information? The relentless selling currently is MCAP Hedge Funds.. sold roughly 20 million shares since June 1st.. currently Boundary Bay has 52 acres of cannabis growing.. let me repeat 52 ACRES FULL CAPACITY 2.2 MILLION SQUARE FEET.. there's and new CEO who really does care for current longs and is going try to at least bump us back up.. probably will never see our initial investment returned but will give us maybe a opportunity to get some of our money back.. if there's a will there's a way.. I know for a fact news flow will start coming out.. the good the bad and the ugly.. but I still hear a heartbeat with the company.. its not dead.. but does need to be resurrected.. I say sell Farmako get some cash in the bank.. make new deals and new joint ventures.. hopefully one day we can see 50c again.. pretty big gain from here don't you think?

crybably fit... LMAO... stating facts about this PIECE OF SHI T company is all I am doing.... where do you get your info from .... not news releases from the company obviously because there HASNT BEEN any... AND HOW THE F UCK DID WE MYSTERIOUSLY go from just under 13,000,000 shares to 24.88 million with 34million outstanding mr wizard.... they dont have 52 acres dipsh it going ...PHASE THREE WAS NEVER COMPLETED..... When the 150 to 1 stock reduction was done MCAP wasnt excluded.....ANY STOCK that MCAP HAD WAS ALSO HIT...... How did we go from 13,000,000 to 34 million with NOT F UCKING NEW RELEASE .....OR a PROXY TO THE SHAREHOLDERS.... You stupid waste of skin.... And where is is all the pot they grew for the last two years? Did they smoke it all because they have NO SALES....well at least what they are telling us .... THE FUC KING SHAREHOLDERS.... if you would have invested 22,500 dollars to buy 150,000 shares at .15 cents before the 150 to 1 stock reduction you would now have 25.00.... Sounds like a solid buy to me...LMAO.... if it hits .50 cents again with no more stock reductions I will buy you hooker for a week....lol ... this thing is DEAD.... look at the lawsuits against them....well not agra but past executives .... which WERE AGRA..... ya they say they are not going after the company but and big but......THEY WERE OUR FORMER EXCUTIVES.....WHICH WAS THE COMPANY.... YOU would have to mentally challenged to invest one dime in a company that will be bankrupt and delisted before the end of this year.

Absolutely, I spoke with the company yesterday - once the dust settles an update will be forthcoming, revenue streams will be strong, I continue to add here in the basement - one big seller offers opportunity for the rest of us.

Did you happen to ask why the share float went from under 13 million to 34 million with out one piece of news... they are just printing shares again ... cant wait till we hit 2 billion shares again and have another 150 to 1 stock split.... Its one thing to buy in the basement....good luck selling your shares...

I don`t think your giving the guy enough credit.

A very tough sector that got way too far ahead of itself and corrected back from it`s lofty levels - a lot of business plans were a wash-out, WEED, ACB, HEXO, etc, etc....a long, long list that includes every name in the book.

I see these rock bottom share prices across the board as a great time to re-enter as companies re-jig their approach.

No more too big - too fast, rather a measured approach providing the highest quality products with the lowest input prices.

Underwriters will no longer be throwing big money into these things, they made plenty of money on the initial run up.

Now the companies with the least amount of debt and a solid new business plan will flourish, every single CEO has learned from the past. The mania phase is behind us - no more rushing to spend, spend, spend to be # 1

IMHO - AGRA looks pretty good here - dirt cheap, new management, revenue stream intact, manageable debt levels.

No consideration whatsoever is given to enterprise value, every company in the sector got flushed - some twice. The pain is already baked into AGRA and a reversal is coming - once we see a steady flow of updates and sales.

The new CEO, while like every other CEO in the sector has a thicker skin for this second go round.

RISK = REWARD, and although you cannot predict future share price on past performance, the majority of the key pieces are still in place here and if / when the sector rebounds ( and I think it will ) AGRA will participate.

That being said, I don`t walk around with rose colored glasses on - speculative but the reward could be substantial.

A great - safe w/e to all

I'm with you on that.. I've been in very close contact with new management for the last few weeks.. the recent selling (due to MCAP HEDGE FUNDS) have brought us to this level with the relentless selling of over 26 million shares alone within the last 4-6 weeks.. I believe David was at first didn't think what he was walking into until he made his visit to Boundary Bay this past week which gave him alot of optimism on the future. He was surprised by what he saw and did say the team there are top notch. He's definitely working really hard to bring money to the bank, make deals especially into Europe, have joint ventures and give a shareholder conference/update really soon. The whole greenhouse is packed with cannabis (high end) I did mention the disappointment with current shareholders and don't get me wrong you all have the right to be pissed off.. but I will ask to give David a chance to hopefully turn things around and maybe recoup some of our money back. Goodluck
