Looks like there is to much compition and not enough volume in general at the .30+ level. It seems the insiders have mooved their support to .20 level to discorage the .30 Private placement people from tryng to sell their shares while the insiders try to unload their .05 shares.

Look for a raise in the new year at .20 then .10 and finally .05 then reverse split before the 2 years is up.Then just rinse and repeat and the whole thing starts over again always keeping the price below the last raise.
