Quite an article, worth a readNot explicitly naming Sprout AI by mentioning this article from Dec 2020, but it's still worth a read.

The takeaway of the article being that Canada suffers from a severe lack of regulation and enforcement of microcaps. And if you ask me, the fact that Sprout AI happened as it did is a consequence of a lack of regulation, if anything.
