I suspect they will make this deadline, but it's all for nothing sadly. Market confidence has dissolved in general and for this stock, specifically. I imagine the Covid testing is going well, but they spending nearly what they make. Clinics are dead for this year, the terms would be unreasonable. Dead money for the foreseeable future, unless you get in around 0.08, and flip it.
