Cross River Ventures Corp. is a Canada-based gold exploration company focused on the development of exploration properties. McVicar Gold Project is located approximately 150 kilometers (km) east of Red Lake and 80 km west of Pickle Lake, in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. The Shabu Lake Property is located approximately 75 km east-northeast of the giant Red Lake gold camp. The Maskootch gold property is located along the southeastern margin of the Archean Uchi Greenstone Belt, approximately 100 km east of the Red Lake gold camp. The Manitou gold property is located within the eastern margin of the Archean Eagle-Wabigoon-Manitou lakes Greenstone belt approximately 40 km south of the community of Dryden.
