b) I would check the financials before making comments on "overpaid employees." To my knowledge they only had two employees.
c) as a shareholder, I would look closely at the wordsmithing of past press releases to determine if material changes to the business were actually disclosed and when did the Board know of the changes....haven't read anything on the Form 7 but a few tea leaves.
d) every shareholder should be pissed.
