RE:David Kay You Say????

RE:David Kay You Say????Shiff your blabbing about accountants mears nothing. I am a Chartered Accountant and have specialized in public companies for 20 years. Accountants play a NIL role in this type of case and many folks on boards are CA's. When acquisitions or divestures or restructuring occurs it is lawyers and valuation investment banking firms that play the largest role. EOM likely brought in restructuring experts because the arbitration process will be lengthy and invlove more need for financing in the future. EOM needs guidance now that Tenor will be a shareholder. I would bet future financing also will be dilutive and invlove more convertible debt. Small retail gets crushed. I doubt the government can bypass the laws on the books and Paramo issues and settle now. They will after process is over a few years from now and assuming they lose. Why do it now? Level 2 bids are very thin and there is a lot more shares put up at under $0.34. Bids less than 10k shares around $0.25.
