RE:Bethune They've continued to sound very confident on Bethune. I don't think there's a question in their minds on whether it's happening. But keep in mind how large of a project this is. This would essentially 5x their capacity. So it's not surprising a project this size will take some time. Will Bethune be producing in 2023? I'm not sure. However, based on where they are today, I think we can feel confident about 2024.
In the meantime we know ERTH is working on several other projects. Some of the same size as Bethune and some smaller.
What I'd love to see is them tack on a smaller project for 2023 - e.g. 50k tonnes, which would still DOUBLE their capacity. Lower risk. less capex. Still very meaningful. And then keep progressing Bethune for 2024, which would give them more time, a higher share price, and still a massive step up in capacity that year.
Either way we won't have to wait long to find out their growth plans. They're hosting a call on 5/19 to lay it out for us. I'm guess they are excited with what they have, otherwise, why bring attention to it?!
