Markets do not change over night.. these shysters that have had years of rope do not change their habits quickly.. what will make an impact is when some group or institution gets slammed with a law a law suite and they make them a public example that shows they mean business. Goog ole Morgan Stanley is likely the first group that would fall into this category....
