Just read the prospectus...

And this all looks pretty good to me. No suspect give aways to insiders or third parties. Almost all the significant shareholders are holding above the current SP.

With some buzzwordy board members (Musk), a focus on energizing local food producers and a party well involved in the bay area scene, I'm surprised this company doesn't seem to be on retail radar.
