GEMS new acquisitionGEMS.c just acquired the Short West Lithium Project in the NWT. The project is adjacent to LiFT's Yellowknife Lithium project that has shown significant discovery potential.
LiFT's Yellowknife Lithium Project has already returned an average 1.07% Li2O in channel sampling along with historic channel sampling that produced average grades from 1.10 to 1.59% Li2O over widths of 7 to 40 metres. In addition, strike extents of pegamtites visible on surface are 100 to 1800 metres.
This is a great acquisition from GEMS imo considering the location and historical results in the area. Their portfolio continues to grow as they are extremely well diversified with battery metals projects at this point.
