RE:Joint Venture to Expand Product Offering in Michigan Looks like a nice match. Should enable each to sell into the other's markets and to provide GRIN access to international markets as well (Something Pure Extracts are working on.) The other positive I see is the broading of their product line over time. (Medicinal applications, etc..) which will give them higher margins than companies pursuing recreational applications.
Finally, . . both companies are focused on BRANDS and state-of-theart processes without over-extending themselves financially. Yes, they are a small company, but they appear to be growing cost effectively. As their BRANDS and REVENUES grow they will be able to add additional capacity by buying out smaller recreational businesses who run out of cash. Smart !
