RE:RE:"I Am Cannabis" is "I Am Joke"Moose seems to have lost track of one important fact.  Legalization was on track (albeit slowly) in both Germany and Israel.  Then what happened?  Putin invaded Ukraine.  And inflation took off.

Both governments now have other priorities.  Not that smoking week wouldn't take the edge off those concerns.
