If Highland Grow and Wagner's are sold, that would be against their takeover agreement with the brand's former owners, MYM Nutraceuticals and Biome Grow.

Part of MYM Nutraceuticals' agreement with IM Cannabis was that the Highland Grow brand would remain with the new company, not sold to someone else.
