If you are in this, the best strategy is just to hold. If itchy to sell do so on spikes only or much higher prices with good volume.This one needs game changing news to go any where. Typical of research based companies with limited funds. The news flow you are seeing now is not game changing. Wait for the big one. In the meantime, don't sell..let the stock go dormant, while you wait. Find other stocks to trade.
