Manufacturing will be done by Emerson
They have capacity
Cvx as stated they are on board with IOT
Tracer tech is just a piece in IOT
Even if CVX orders 2000 units a year it probably won’t be disclosed till contracts are signed - 
Interestingly Emerson has manufacturing capability in Romania. Also, I suspect the analytics solution is being worked on by the consortium that makes up the IoT and cloud solution. Any solution will need to be compatible with the overall project and will likely be used with other systems. It will be interesting to see whether we are close to true commercial quantities or just larger demonstration pilot projects.
