A thought.....  If I am NLR, I think I go into hibernation for 3-6 months while Reyna drills the property.  This will allow the silver price to probably come back; If the drill results are good Reyna will buy 5% more ownership for a million bucks.  If the share price goes up significantly at any time, then I would seek a raise.  Very few companies are seeking raises in the middle of this economic crises globally.  The terms are not extremely favorable because capital is not readily available.  Realty

I hold similar thoughts, though I am not understanding "hibernation."  If some expenses must be covered anyway, they may as well do some of their own exploration work anyway, assuming funds are available.  Things will only get more costly by waiting.

Capital is readily available for good companies with good properties and good management. Unfortunately we cover only 2 out of 3. Management has to go.

Who in their right mine world would pay $0.075 per share without a warrant when they can buy all the shares they want at less on the open market? I mean really..

There are usually 2 reasons why players buy into PP's. You are correct about the warrant which is one reason. The other reason is they can buy at one time a huge position without the price moving up.

investors that participate in private placements want the price to go up once they have purchased the shares and then have the warrants as a bonus when they mature

Its day 26 and still no denaro. Its time for management to step up to the plate and buy up the offering at $.075 (no warrant attached) with their own money that we paid them with in salary that they don't deserve. They should also do a 11-1 split and return the shares they stole from us.
