NEXCO ANNOUNCES AMENDMENT TO WARRANT TERMS

Nexco Resources Inc. has extended the warrant expiry date for the holders of 7,205,340 warrants issued on Dec. 31, 2020, to Dec. 31, 2024, and of 6,131,666 warrants issued on Jan. 20, 2021, to Jan. 20, 2025. No other terms of the warrants have changed.

Warrant holders are advised that replacement warrant certificates will not be issued and that the original warrant certificate must be presented to the company in order to effect the exercise of such warrants.
