Here's a few more items for your due diligence:

OWLI has been working with the Department of Energy (DoE) on a commercialization plan, nothing with the government is simple and quick, but I believe the parties are in the home stretch of finalizing this agreement. That ever-brightening light we're seeing at the end of this tunnel is OWLI obtaining the exclusive license to a unique patented carbon injection-mixing advanced direct lithium extraction (DLE) technology, not an oncoming train. Once OWLI has the exclusive license its share price should see a rerating as they take this technology into the pilot plant and then commercial production phases.
