RE:RE:$PBIC has been busy with their 2021 investments!!!

Thank you nightowl, yes i sure do try to dig as much as i can with all the available resources mostly sedar. PBIC is certainly an interesting investment of mine due to its multitude of investments that they have and i need to get familiar with all of them and try to make sense out of it... not to mention they are awfully quiet and not helping me much.

There is many questions that i have that arent answered by management unfortunately i am not sure what it will take for me to obtain those answers. i own 1.5% of the entire float... my other friend on my suggestion has 1%... collectively we own 2.5% of the entire float and yet very difficult for me to get straight answers. On the other side, they are building something, acquiring shares on the open.... and their balance sheet is certainly appealing vs valuation.

I am quesitoning their cash position with their most recent capital commitment and their ongoing claims related to some investments they have made. Money will be needed and by all means it better not be at those levels.

On the other hand, we have recently approved a new class of shares that will most obviously be used to raise capital without diluting PBIC and providing capital for investments.

The question we shareholders should have is, Does PBIC have enough time on their hand to execute on this avenue or will they raise capital on the open market similarly to last time at a fraction of its book value?

im french canadian pardon my english.

not many investors on these boards puts in the work to dig deeper...and try to draw information
about the business plan for Bhng,Aion Ndva,grin!.....Pbic clearly acknowledges that they
will make investments to facilitate the success of their investments ie Aion,Bhng,Grin...they
have been working on this for the past 18 months..imo!   A lot of your finds seem to relate
to California....or maybe north west.....possibly a seed to sale launch ...maybe related
back to Trulieve....a lot of mushroom initiates maybe related to Aion!    I happen to believe
Jmo..that there are close ties between Jamie Pearson and Kim Rivers....both very
smart entrepreneurs....the big mystery is Aion....Pbic has plans that will tie some of this
together.....I think they will be significant...but don’t want to speculate any further!..the
Les Elder appointment is very significant JMO!   Anyways the fact that our Bhng is now
clearly tied into Trulieve and now Harvest....is enough for me to feel comfortable with
this investment..and just wait and see!  Just a side note..thank goodness ..the Senior
management ( Simmonds,Crath or whoever) pulled the pin on the “Core Deal....that
would have soured all of this!   Watch the initiates to go international! Anyways really
appreciate the efforts you put into this..ie efforts to contact the Ceo’s Etc.Etc. Good
luck to all of us!
