either that.... or simply let the valuation evaporate and pick for pennies on the book-value dollars because they need capital to keep the lights on. 

Why else would a company not press release anything for 2021? 

They do not want  any positive attention despite being trading at 1/3 its book value.

There is no better way than to remain quiet and let this drift to pick the pieces for a fraction of what their book value is. 

What will happen next? A capital raise to maintain their salary? not to mention a dilutive raise at 1/3 its book value... to potentially not create any value. 

Their last raise goes back late 2020/early 2021, 1.5m$ again another raise at 1/3 its book value with no debts. 

Now the same scenario will repeat itself. 

Why was there a rebrand? Why was there a website Soon to come? What is wrong with this management? i dont know but feels like we are soon at the end of it and not in a good way unfortunately.
