I don't get the feeling that PBIC management has any desire to run a pot company, namely Bhang.   I think they just chose BHNG for the same reason that public investors did. more

Looks to me like Graham Simmons has his fingerprints on a Bhang partnership with Indiva which could be focussing on well known Brands ...and has a network of dispensaries.....could also produce more

these guys just seeded a fund and drew in some investment dollars to do the same thing all investors are doing which is trying to pick the winners. That doesn't seem to be working very more

1- Offering a one-time cash or asset dividend to existing shareholders base on either liquidity of an active position, or simply a share dividend.  2- Investors Relation / updated more

I first established contact with PBIC on March 24, 2021.

not sure if i should laugh.. or cry...  but the CEO has been promissing me some update, newsrelease, Investors Relation, Marketing program for a FULL YEAR now.  Perhaps it is time for more  rate and reply
