Annual General and Special Meeting ???

Is anyone in the Vancouver area intending to go to the AGM on Monday, April 18th ?

FYI - On account of COVID "Shareholders are encouraged to vote on the matters before the Meeting by Proxy". They "... encourage Shareholders not to attend the Meeting in person ..."

AND, "To consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve a special resolution to change the business of the company from a life science company focused on the cannabis industry to an investment issuer."
