RE:RE:RE:Captiva Announces Private Placement

RE:RE:RE:Captiva Announces Private PlacementNo. Below is the original offering -

"Coquitlam, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - April 21, 2023) - Captiva Verde Wellness Corp. (CSE: PWR) (the "Company"), is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement offering (the "Offering") of up to 80,000,000 units at a price of $0.0353 per unit (each, a "Unit") for gross proceeds of up to $2,824,000.

And here is the updated release -

"The Company has made a decision to amend the purchase price of the offering to $0.32 per Unit (the “Unit”) for gross aggregate proceeds of up to $2,560,000 (the “Offering”)."

First one was wrong, second one was wrong. If they issue another NR that is probably $15,000 to $20,000 in costs.
