Appears i have misread the signals from the Planning Commission. In a surprising turn it was 5-0 against recommendation. Pretty stunning development. Clearly someone got a tip based on the price

I think and it sounds to me,  we may have here another NDM. As long as one is prepared to sit it out and accept the fact that it may not pan out... the grade looks good but it alone won't cut

Seems to me today's action was unwarrented. The big move in the stock came before the meeting even started today.  I smells of someone or group that was fishing for stop loss orders. IMO
