Not what I expected.

Appears i have misread the signals from the Planning Commission. In a surprising turn it was 5-0 against recommendation. Pretty stunning development. Clearly someone got a tip based on the price action the last 2 days. I took a gamble and lost on this one. It will be taken up by the B.O.S. at some point I guess the question is will they go against the Planning commission. But as it looks like now this is dead money. It is been proved again that CA is not a place to try a put a mine. GLTA but friday will be ugly. Yikes.
