Yes, he had accumulated 4.9 million shares up until the change in SCRN management which needed to be declared publicly as a consequence. If he bought 200,000 more already that only adds to the sign that he appears to be very serious about creating some positive momentum.

Now, keeping the fingers crossed that there is no dilutive, questionable acquisition in the works.
