RE:RE:RE:RE:Sproutly on a Ventilator. That's exactly my point. He couldn't release a product then because Arup was the roadblock just like he is the roadblock now. It's why there still hasn't been a product release after all this time but we never stop hearing about how many formulations have been done.
The fact of the matter was promises were made to shareholders of Sproutly. IBS was paid a significant amount of money and shares for the rights. Arup used that money to further his operations in the US while positioning himself as CEO of Sproutly and completely restructuring the Board of Directors so nobody could hold him accountable. Sure, he has some incentive to make things work so the rest of his shares are worth something here, but in the end it doesn't really matter because if all fails, IBS will just recoup the distribution rights when Sproutly goes belly up. He consolidates all the rights and takes another shot at the capital markets when the US legalizes with his new bread and butter partner Kalo in the US.
I don't even think Arup had intended to be malicious from the beginning. I think incompetence and arrogrance played a bigger role here. Everyone on that Discord treated this guy like he was some kind of god like figure when all evidence pointed to some pretty concerning stuff. This became more of a cult structured around Arup than a serious investment.
Oh and don't forget Novus's role in all this as Sproutly's "Advisor".
