For your reading pleasure attached is an excellent Report prepared by Nick Hatch Equity Researcher(35 yrs experience) for MMG Resarch that circulated on Friday.

IMO, writer knows the boron industry and did a superb job dissecting our NEW PEA  numbers.
The highlight of the Report, today our share price on the Piskanja boron property should be trading at $0.79/share. Eventually the market will reflect our true market value.

To my knowledge, Nick Hatch is not a paid pumper and Company is not a share holder.

Thanks for sharing this analysis bb-99, it's really good indeed. I'm not as optimistic that our share value should be at $0.79 due to the $14M CAD that will need to be spent on the Piskanja project that we currently don't have on hand. This will mean important financing needs + very probable share dilution.

Hi JocetooBad, With regards to how Temas Resources will pay for their $14M Cad portion towards developing the Piskanja born project I haven't heard. What I do know is Kyler Hardy is a Director on the Temas Resources BOD's & owns Cronin Capital a Financing Company, and they purchased about 15% ownership towards the 50% ownership of the Piskanja born project thatTemas Resources

Cloudbreak Discovery Corp has been a seller of 188K shares @ .07 according to Canadian Insider, this is a company controlled by 3 of the Temas directors - Cloudbreak control 10 million Temas shares from their website, its not a positive look....
