Wow! Do i need to pinch myself??

Please correct me if I am wrong here. I believe the NPV of this mine is around  $728,000,000 at $1700 per gold oz.

If I am right, the value of the mine is $728,000,000 divide that value by the amount of outstanding shares of 260,000,000 equals $2.80 per share. Please slap me silly if I am wrong or if I am off in La,la land!! 

So let's assume I am wrong and you go back to Sept 14, 2020 NPV of $607,000,000 divided by 260,000,000 equals $2.33 per shares. Now the new shareholder Perseus mining will want a sweet deal for their shareholders and buy the whole thing for $2 because they will know the exact value and its probably worth a lot more then $728,000,000.

So the price per share of $2 should be acheived by December 2023 and the return on investment should be around 306% or a simple Annual ROI of 162%.
