RE:RE:CLVR enters the US CBD marketMy opinion is that in this industry an LOI is barely worth the paper it's printed on. Flower cannot legally be exported from Columbia and I'm also doubtful it could be imported to the US. This LOI assumes that a regulatory framework that currently doesn't exist will exist by Q4, which is dangerous assumption. Instead of "landmark" deal I'd call this a complete fluff NR. Based solely on this NR I won't even waste my time further looking into the company.
