$0.005 last price and Zero volume

$0.005 last price and Zero volumeThe nail is in the coffin.

Hey - if you still hold your VCAN shares - what's the lastest on getting the suggested $0.01 distribution per share?

I've long suspected it'll never happen, and we're fast approaching 10 months since the Oct 26 press release that stated:

"VCAN expects to formalize its dissolution in due course, and any cash remaining after the formal wind down of VCAN will be distributed to shareholders prior to dissolution."

Anyone here think there will still be a distribution?  Any updates on the "formal wind down"?
