Listen to the call on Thursday . I'm going to ask Allen a simple yes or no answer whether they have been approached in the past year by another company for a possible merger or buyout . After all , he did state in early 2016 that they would pursue many courses of action to achieve shareholder value .

I have an idea, why not ask Allen to resign.  He screwed all the shareholders.
