Boudreault, Tascherault and KellyWe can't sue these three a$$holes and all the other a$$holes in charge of any company because on every press release, there is the last paragraph that says in short 'We cannot guarantie that any forward looking sattement will materialize etc... ' . In other words they can say anything they want and paint a very beautiful picture of the situation regarding the company. In my opinion , all CEOs should be obligated to own at least 10% of the shares of the company; by owning 10% of the shares, they will sink with the ship if something goes wrong.
Instead CEOs like Boudreault,Tascherault and Kelly keep promising us a great return on our investment while they themselves own 0% of the shares and when the company goes bankrupt they disappear for a short period of time and later on they get another job as CEO or Director for another company.
