$GAGE under site review by Kalamazoo Gage Cannabis $GAGE/$GAGE.CN is continuing some consolidation around the $2 range today.
Gage is currently under site review by the city of Kalamazoo to commence construction of a cannabis lounge.
The model of consumption spaces in retail cannabis seems like a good play to me. It incentivizes testing of products, as well as opens smaller revenue streams for locations via food and beverage sales, paraphernalia, etc.
The proposed space is pretty big at 3500 sqft so it will be interesting to see how this operation plays out.
I’ll be watching for good news on the site review; if things go through it could be a good opportunity for further expansion as this will be the first facility of its kind within KZOO.
$GAGE is currently trading at $1.92 and valued at $269.43M.
