Can Somebody Please Explain......why GORO spun off its profitable, operating Nevada mine less than a year ago, only to now propose to buy Aquia Resources, Inc., which has spent more than $100 million on a proposed Michigan mine that has no permits or project plan, just 20 years worth of drill holes?
