I was probably among the most rabid anti-dilutionists, and have sent Mr. Blanchet a number of angry emails about the constant dilution.

BUT, if you are going to issue shares, do it now! They usually issue 20-30 million shares to raise $20-30 million. We can raise the same amount with significantly fewer shares today. Do it now and have the cash ready to pick off the competition.

Prospects have never been better. Let's raise that cash while the price is still where it is. Who knows how the market reacts to the next financial results.
