Humankind US Stock ETF HKND

The Humankind US Stock ETF (the Fund) seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the Humankind US Equity Index (the Index). The Funds investment objective may be changed without the consent of the shareholders of the Fund. Humankind Investments LLC (the Adviser) uses a passive or indexing approach in seeking to achieve the Funds investment objective. The Fund does not try to outperform the index it tracks. Specifically, the Fund employs an investment management strategy that corresponds generally to the performance, before the fees and expenses of the Fund, of the Humankind US Equity Index (the Index). As explained in more detail below, the Index is primarily comprised of domestic (US) equity securities and may not be comprised of greater than 5% of foreign securities (including American Depository Receipts (ADRs)).

$CULT Food Science Picking Up Steam

$CULT Food Science Picking Up Steam

Given how huge the month of December was for holding company CULT Food Science, I can not wait for the company to go public.

On December 13, CULT portfolio company Umami was awarded as an XPRIZE semi-finalist for its work in developing cultured seafood products. Umami’s products focus on reducing the development costs of cultured meats by developing proprietary technologies in the form of cell-based growth serums.

On December 20, Eat Just received additional approvals from the Singapore Food Agency for its cultivated chicken products. With Singapore aiming to have 30% of its nutritional needs met with cell-based agriculture, this SFA approval aligns directly with the countries goals. Presenting a huge opportunity for Eat Just to lead the industry in this market.

And finally, CULT portfolio company CELL AG TECH has made huge strides in the development of its cell-based seafood products. With CELL AG’s cell-based seafood prototype meeting Health Canada’s safety standards through pre-submission screening, the company has solidified itself as yet a nother winner in CULT’s portfolio.

All of this news has me more bullish than ever on CULT. I can’t wait to get a set IPO date from leadership. As of now, we can expect CULT to start trading under the ticker $CULT on Canadian markets.
