It's USD4.79, but I agree with you. I'm happy about the takeover because I don't think Harvest on its own was going anywhere, but I was hoping for more.


I agree - Harvest seemed stuck, too much debt. There are some provisions that indicate a higher payout price if they can take care of some of that debt or financing arrangements.
