RE:IPL is one of the few safe energy plays nowHave to kind of disagree with your safe spot. But I am a shareholder. Don't really know how IPL benefits if feeder pipe go nowhere. And actually I have to admit I don't understand your posting and where you sit. Either its the rum or all the confliction in your posting.
