Snow Lake Resources Ltd., doing business as Snow Lake Energy, is a Canadian clean energy development company with two hard rock lithium projects and one uranium project; the Snow Lake Lithium Project in the Snow Lake region of Northern Manitoba, the Shatford Lake Lithium Project adjacent to the Tanco lithium mine in Southern Manitoba, and the Engo Valley Uranium Project in Namibia. It is focused on advancing all of its projects through subsequent phases of exploration and development and into production in order to supply the minerals and resources needed for the clean energy transition. Its 100% owned Snow Lake Lithium property covers 24,515 hectares (60,577-acre) site that has been 1% explored and contains an identified-to-date 8.2 million metric tons measured, indicated and inferred resource at between 0.99% and 1.13% Li2O. Its 85% owned Engo Valley Uranium Project is located in the Skeleton Coast, in the Opuwo District of the Kunene Region, along the coast of northwest Namibia.

More than a year after Avalon signed a letter of intent with Rock Tech Lithium, another junior exploration player in the region, to collaborate on establishing a refinery in the northwestern Ontario city, the companies now seem to be following divergent paths to production.
